Automatic Payments
Have your loan payment automatically deducted from an account at a financial institution of your choice. With automatic payments, you don’t have to worry about remembering to pay your bill and you know it will be received on time.
To set up auto pay, fill out and return the automatic payment form. Please note it can take up to 10 days for the automatic payments to take effect.If you would like to set up automatic payments for your credit card, please read the instructions in our FAQ.

Pay in Digital Banking
If you are making loan payments from your Verity account, or an account at another financial institution that you have linked to your Verity accounts, you can easily do so in Digital Banking. Just click "Make a loan payment" in the main menu. You can also do a simple transfer from a Verity account to a Verity loan to make your loan payment.
If you would like to pay your Verity credit card, using a Verity account, you can do so with a simple transfer. For credit card payments using an account at another financial institution, please see the detailed instructions in our FAQ.

Pay Online With An Account At Another Institution
If you’re interested in paying directly from a checking or savings account at another financial institution, you can do so for free online with our secure payment portal. You can make payments of up to $5,000 with this method. Please note payments may take up to 2 business days to post to your loan account.
This payment option is available for the following loan types:
- Auto loan
- Fixed 2nd mortgage
- Home Equity Line of Credit (Masterline or HELOC)
- Personal loan
- Ready Money Line of Credit
- Share/Certificate loan
- Home mortgage loan
You will need to know the account and routing number for the account being used to make the payment. You will also need to know your Verity loan account number.

Pay Online with A Credit/Debit Card From Another Institution
If you’re interested in paying with a debit or credit card from another financial institution, you can do so online with our secure payment portal. You can make payments of up to $1,000 with this method. Please note payments may take up to 2 business days to post to your loan account.
This payment option is available for the following loan types:
- Auto loan
- Fixed 2nd mortgage
- Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC)
- Personal loan
- Ready Money Line of Credit
- Share/Certificate loan
- Home mortgage loan
Please note that there is a $10 fee to pay this way and you will need to know your loan account number. The fee will be added to the payment amount due.

Bill Pay From Another Financial Institution
You can set up your Verity loan payments through Bill Pay at another financial institution. To set up the payments, follow the Bill Pay instructions at your other financial institution. Please note that you will need to know your loan account number and the payment will not post immediately, so plan to submit the payment in advance of the due date.

Over the Phone
You can pay over the phone with our 24-hour automated system, using your card or account information from any financial institution. You need to know your loan account number in order to use the system, and all loan types (except credit cards) can be paid this way. To access the automated system, call Verity's main phone number at (206) 440-9000 or (800) 444-4589 and follow the prompts for loan payments. You can pay directly from a checking or savings account, using your account and routing number, for free. You can also make your payment with a debit or credit card for a $10 fee.
Please note that if you are making a payment over the phone with staff assistance, using a debit or credit card from another financial institution, there is a $15 fee.

In Person At A Branch
You are always welcome to visit your nearest location and make a payment in person. If you do not have a Verity branch nearby, you can also visit another credit union location that participates in Shared Branching. You will need to have photo identification and know your account number in order to use Shared Branching.
