Credit and debit card support

Lost/stolen cards

Call (206) 440-9000 or (800) 444-4589 and select the menu option for either “credit card related requests” or “debit card related requests.” If you have misplaced your credit card, you can also “turn off” the card or report it as lost via Verity’s credit card mobile app (available for Apple and Android devices).

Fraud

To report credit card or debit card fraud or to return a phone call about a suspected fraudulent transaction, call (206) 440-9000 or (800) 444-4589 and select the menu option for either “credit card related requests” or “debit card related requests.” 

Card activation

To activate your credit or debit card, call (206) 440-9000 or (800) 444-4589 and select the menu option for either “credit card related requests” or “debit card related requests.” 

Debit card PIN changes
