Zelle® is a fast, safe, and easy way to send money to friends and family

Don’t worry about giving a friend cash or writing a check—if you know their email address or phone number and their financial institution offers Zelle, you can send them money electronically even if they don’t have accounts with Verity.  

To send money to someone, log in to Digital Banking and look for the “Send Money With Zelle®” link. Go through the enrollment process and you’re set! 

The recipient will receive a text message or email with instructions on how to claim the money you sent. It’s that easy!

Pay your bills electronically in Digital Banking. Depending on the biller and your accounts, you can make immediate payments or send electronic checks.  

Setting up billers is easy! If you have online access to the merchant website, you can connect that login information to your Verity accounts, allowing you to send immediate payments or control recurring payments from Digital Banking. If you don’t have online access to the biller, ensure you have your most recent bill available so you can set up the proper information in the Bill Pay system.

Making a payment to your loan at Verity is easy. If you are paying from a Verity account, simply make the payment in Digital Banking. 

But, if you want to pay your Verity loan using an account or debit card from another financial institution, you can easily do so online through our secure portal.

Verity can accept online payments for eligible consumer loan types only, including: 

• Auto loans
• Personal loans
• Mortgage & Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC) loans
• Other eligible consumer loans

You can pay directly from a checking or savings account using the account number and routing number, or make a payment using a debit card from another financial institution. 

You are welcome to use the site as a guest to make a one-time payment, or register and have greater control over your payment options. 

You can also make a payment using Verity’s 24-hour automated phone payment system. To access the system, call Verity's main phone number at (206) 440-9000 or (800) 444-4589 and follow the prompts for loan payments. You will need your Verity loan account number to complete your payment. ACH payments and debit card payments from another financial institution are accepted through the automated system.

Transaction limits and fees may apply depending on how you make the payment: 

• Free — Pay from a checking or savings account from another financial institution, using your account and routing number (up to $5,000 per transaction)
• $5 — Pay over the phone using the automated payment system 
• $10 — Pay using a debit from another financial institution (up to $1,000 per transaction)
• $15 — Pay over the phone with staff assistance 

Any applicable fees will be automatically added to the Verity loan amount you are paying at the time. If the transaction(s) are reversed for any reason, the loan payment will also be reversed. 

Payments submitted before 2:00 PM PT on a business day will be credited the same business day. Payments submitted after 2:00 PM PT will post on the next business day. It may take up to 2 business days for your payment to post to your account.

If your payment is past due, please contact us to ensure your account is credited appropriately.
