How to start using Zelle®

Enroll in Zelle® today! Follow these simple steps.

  1. Enroll or log in to Digital Banking
  2. Find the "Move Money" tab
  3. Select "Send Money with Zelle®"
  4. Accept Terms and Conditions
  5. Select your U.S. mobile number or email address and deposit account

That’s it! You’re ready to start sending and receiving money with Zelle®.

    While using Zelle is safe and fast, you should still be aware of some general rules to help keep you and your accounts safe. Below are a few tips and if you would like to learn more, visit our Zelle® Fraud and Security blog or click the button below to learn about the latest scams.

    • Don't provide your account number or personal information by email or text
    • Refunds are not issued through Zelle®. If somebody calls you and offers refunds via Zelle®, hang up the phone and call your financial institution.
    • Do not send money to people you do not know.
    • Do not share your security code with anyone. Verity will never ask you for it either.
