In honor of the first day of National Park Week, all national parks will be free to enter and enjoy on Saturday, April 20.

Bike Everywhere Day is Friday, May 17. Whether you're an experienced cyclist or first-time rider, this is a great day to bike to work or school, meet other cyclists and stop by celebration stations along the way.

The West Seattle Art Walk is held from 5:00 p.m. to late on the second Thursday of each month. Spend the evening strolling through West Seattle, stopping at local merchants to see local art and enjoying discounted food and beverages at participating businesses.
Every Sunday, the West Seattle Farmers Market takes place in the heart of The Junction in West Seattle. Vendors offer a variety of seasonal produce, meat, dairy, jams, sauces and other artisan foods.
Many museums in the Seattle area offer free entry on the first Thursday of each month including the Museum of History and Industry (MOHAI) and the Seattle Art Museum.
