SCHEDULE BILLS FOR PAYMENT BY OCTOBER 16

We are excited to announce a new and improved Digital Banking experience coming this October! The new system will make money management and movement easier, so you can spend less time worrying about your finances and more time living your vibrant life. The new platform features enhanced controls for budgeting, paying friends, business account management and more. Plus, you will have access to the same platform and features, no matter what device you’re using or whether you’re using our app or a web browser.

In order to make the transition to the new system, Bill Pay, external transfers and popmoney will be unavailable starting Wednesday, October 16. Any bill payments scheduled before that date will be sent while the system is unavailable—please be sure to schedule your bill payments as soon as possible. We recommend scheduling any payments you have due through October 25 so that you’re sure your bills are paid on time. 

Online and mobile banking are still available until Monday, October 21. All direct deposit, scheduled payments and transfers will still be processed as normal during the downtime.

Text Banking Commands

  • “BAL” is for Check Balance — Summary of available balances for all accounts.
  • “HIST” + account nickname is for Account History — Summary of recent transactions for the account selected.
  • “HELP” is for Help — See Help content for Text Banking
  • “STOP” is for Stop — Deactivate all Verity text services

Each of your Verity accounts will correspond with a number. For example, texting “H 1” will display the history for account number #1.

Start sending us texts in a matter of minutes:

  • Visit online banking and select "Account Services"
  • Click "Requests" and choose the option for "Mobile Banking Enrollment"
  • Click "Add New Device"
  • Enter your mobile phone number under "Other Services" (Text Banking, Mobile Browser, Alerts) and click "Continue."
  • You'll receive a text prompting you to confirm the provided code to activate Text Banking/Mobile Browser/Text Alerts.
