Shred-a-Thon

Verity's annual Shred-a-Thon returns to Alderwood and Beacon Hill on Saturday, July 21! Bring your unwanted sensitive documents and have them securely shredded by a Shred-It truck, right in front of you! This event is open to members and non-members but we ask that you donate $10 cash or non-perishable food items to support local food banks.

Dog Days of Wallingford

Bring your pooch to Wallingford's Verity branch and join the fun! We'll have dog treats courtesy of The Barkery, pet poetry, caricature artists, and dog-related goodies. We hope to see you and your pup there!

Car(e) Wash and Rummage Sale

WestSide Baby Stuff the Bus Diaper Drive

Verity is participating in WestSide Baby's Stuff the Bus Diaper Drive this summer. We are collecting diapers, wipes and hygiene items at Verity branches to support local children in need. Then, join us at the WestSide Baby Hub for the Stuff the Bus Bash on Sunday, July 22 to celebrate! Live music from The Whole Bolivian Army.

NW SolarFest Sustainable Living Fair

On Saturday, July 28, check out the NW SolarFest Sustainable Living Fair at Shoreline Community College. Learn about emergency preparedness, solar energy options, tiny house living, sustainable transportation and more. Verity will have a booth at SolarFest so stop by and learn about our solar energy loans!

Green Lake Outdoor Movies

Bring your family to the Green Lake Community Center to enjoy outdoor movies this summer! On August 2, enjoy a showing of "Coco" and catch "Star Wars: The Last Jedi" on August 16. Both movies are free and open to the public. Plus, Verity will have a booth before the movie so stop by and see us!

5th Annual Seattle Acoustic Festival

We are proud sponsors of the fifth annual Seattle Acoustic Festival. This event brings together some of the most talented musicians in the Northwest for two jam-packed days of performances. The festival is free to attend and open to all ages so head to Capitol Hill on August 24 and 25 to enjoy some incredible music.

Phinney Farmers Market

The Phinney Farmers Market is open Friday afternoons from June to October. You will find fresh fruits, vegetables, dairy products, meat and seafood along with other prepared artisan foods.

Dryft Concert Series

Have you ever wanted to attend a concert on a boat? Dryft is hosting several concerts this summer aboard the S.S. Virginia V steamship, which is docked in South Lake Union. This is a unique concert series because you won't know who you are seeing until you arrive at the venue. Every concert is intimate and a uniquely Seattle experience.
