Phinneywood Phestivus & Art Walk at Verity

Enjoy free trolley rides along Phinney and Greenwood Avenues to find more than 200 lighted monkeys that "escaped" from the zoo. Then, stop by Verity and other participating businesses to check out the Art Up Phinneywood art walk. Verity is featuring art from Sean Kelly and Callie Carlin and live music from Ben Mish. We hope to see you there!

Winterfest

Seattle Center is home to Winterfest through New Year's Eve. There are free and affordable activities for the whole family ranging from ice skating to concerts. A Charlie Brown Christmas

The all-ages holiday tradition is back! Charlie Brown is depressed by the never-ending commercialism surrounding the holidays. Thankfully, Linus is there to help him find the true meaning of Christmas in this musical adaptation of the cartoon classic.

Free Entry to State Parks

All state parks in Washington will be free to enter on January 1 and January 21 in honor of New Year's Day and Martin Luther King Day, respectively. Visit parks.state.wa.us for a full list of parks, which you can sort by region.

Children's Film Festival Seattle 2019

Each year, Northwest Film Forum selects more than 140 children's films from dozens of countries for Children's Film Festival Seattle. In addition to many film screenings, this festival also features live performances, shorts, features and workshops.
