Winter Accessories Drive

Greenwood's Verity branch is hosting a winter accessories drive during the month of November. Consider donating warm hats, gloves and socks to help keep our neighbors in need warm this winter. Donations will be accepted through November 30th to benefit FamilyWorks.

On Thursday, December 5th, we are hosting a student loan workshop at Northgate's Verity branch. We'll discuss a variety of topics including budgeting, filling out the FAFSA, public and private loan options, and more. Register to attend at veritycu.com/seminar

Community Events

PNA's Winter Beer Taste

Celebrate 32 years of beer tastes with the Phinney Neighborhood Association on Saturday, November 16th at the Phinney Center. Enjoy specialty beers from 38 local breweries along with snacks and a silent auction. Visit the PNA's website to tickets to the event.

Free Entry to State Parks

All state parks in Washington will be free to enter on November 29th for Autumn Day. Visit parks.state.wa.us for a full list of parks, which you can sort by region.

Winterfest

Winterfest is home to a variety of free and affordable activities for the whole family ranging from ice skating to concerts. Check out the winter train and village or ice sculpting by award-winning artists. For a full list of Winterfest activities, visit Seattle Center's website.

Art Up PhinneyWood

Join PhinneyWood residents the second Friday of the month for a monthly art walk. Business throughout the neighborhood open their doors to showcase local talent. Learn more at https://artupphinneywood.com/

Free Museum Day

Many museums in the Seattle area offer free entry on the first Thursday of each month including the Museum of History and Industry (MOHAI) and the Seattle Art Museum.
