The Branch Member Service Representative creates an exceptional member experience by providing superior service and offering products and services that will save our members money, earn them more, and make their lives more convenient. This position handles all branch transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashing checks, issuing checks, cash advances, etc., as well as discovers our member's financial needs and makes recommendations and referrals for products that meet these needs.
This position is responsible for handling phases of loan approval or denial, including extensive communication with members and indirect auto loan dealer partners. After- hours and/or weekend underwriting will be required. This position requires extensive knowledge of the Credit Union’s products and services, as well as underwriting policies and procedures. It will also require a full and complete understanding of all local, state, and federal regulations. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask well, exercise independent judgment requiring minimum supervision, and work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements.
The Business Services Manager will be responsible for all aspects of Verity’s Business Services program including; development of products, services, procedures and systems, vendor and partner management, and staff training. Responsible for responding to business service inquiries, processing of business services and loan requests, maintaining and revising the business service files, and servicing the business service loan portfolio. Responsible for managing one to three business service staff. Position requires strong commercial lending experience.
The Call Center Member Service Representative handles teller operations over the phone and remotely, including but not limited to deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, account transfers, issuing checks, cash advances, and responding to member inquiries. This position has extensive member contact and suggests products and services to meet member needs and exercises independent judgment in resolving issues and satisfying members.
Mortgage Servicing Representative (at CU Home Mortgage Solutions)
Assist in the overall function and operation of the CUHMS Mortgage Servicing Department with a concentration on maintaining excellent member service. Duties will include document acquisition, archiving, reproduction, auditing and post-closing functions. Additional duties will also include payment processing, set-up and funding of new loans, loan payoffs and reconveyance, and escrow administration.

CU Home Mortgage Solutions (CUHMS) is a Credit Union Service Organization (CUSO) owned in part by Verity Credit Union. CUHMS provides mortgage processing, underwriting, funding, and loan servicing to partner credit unions throughout the Pacific Northwest.
