  • Extended chat hours – Get online help from an awesome Verity employee. Plus, with Verity Chatbot, you can get answers to your questions after business hours.
  • Digital Wallet – Samsung Pay and Google Pay were added to our digital wallet offerings, making it easy to pay with your phone, no matter what mobile device you use.
  • Reduced call wait times – The Member Service Center adjusted internal processes to ensure we are answering your calls in a timely manner.
  • Financial education – Our financial coach holds regular drop-in sessions to answer your questions and we host seminars on a variety of topics. Plus, Verity members have free access to GreenPath, an excellent online resource for money management and budgeting.
  • Email receipts – Environmental sustainability is important to us so to reduce paper waste, we offer email receipts upon request.
  • Nonprofit accounts – We support nonprofit organizations by offering amazing rates on both CDs and Money Market accounts.
  • Reduced fees – Overdraft transfer from savings fee reduced to $5.00 and incoming domestic wire transfers are free.
